Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to serve your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding restricted areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligible for Return
- Containers & Planters (all material types and sizes)
- Classic Preplanned Gardens & Plant Collections
- Customer-Favorite Containers
- Unplanted Bulb Gardens
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- All live plants (including our 5-Star Foliage Houseplants, Agastache, Aquilegia, Asclepias, Aster, Astilbe, Brunnera, Coreopsis, and Clivia Plants)
- Perishable garden collections
- Personalized or custom containers
- Items marked as final sale
Exception: If your live plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, please contact us immediately with photos for replacement.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email your return request to [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Repackage items securely in their original packaging. For containers, use adequate padding to prevent damage during transit. Affix the return label and ship to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your 5-Star Container collection or other items arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For exchanges of containers by material type or size:
- Follow the standard return process
- Indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and we’ll refund the original purchase upon return.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Allow extra time for international transit
