Planticaa serves plant enthusiasts and home decorators who value premium quality container gardens, houseplants, and curated plant collections. Our products cater to both novice and experienced gardeners seeking exceptional quality and design.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our 5-Star Container collections, foliage houseplants, and garden collections. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate or current.

3.2 Plant Care

Live plants (including our 5-Star Foliage Houseplants, Agastache, Aquilegia, and other varieties) require proper care. We provide care instructions, but ultimate plant health depends on your environment and care practices.

3.3 Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We may limit quantities and may revise product availability without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes won’t affect accepted orders.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

4.4 Sales Tax

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

5.4 Delivery Issues

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos to [email protected].

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

  • Containers & Planters (all types and sizes)
  • Classic Preplanned Gardens & Plant Collections
  • Customer-Favorite Containers
  • Unplanted Bulb Gardens

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • All live plants
  • Perishable garden collections
  • Personalized or custom containers
  • Final sale items

Exception: Damaged plants may be replaced if reported immediately with photos.

6.3 Return Process

Email return requests to [email protected] within 15 days. We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds process within 5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Note About Live Plants

While we take great care with our 5-Star Foliage Houseplants and other live plants, their health depends on many factors beyond our control, including your local environment and care practices. We cannot guarantee long-term survival after delivery.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
